Spray Paint Success!

I’m going to start with the “after” picture, because I am so happy with how it turned out.

We found it at a garage sale for about $.50 and it looked like this:

Really cute, but it didn’t match my decor. I knew I wanted it to be metallic to match a few other things in my office, but I didn’t want the paint to ruin it so I did a test run on my cactus candelabra first. That turned out really nicely and gave me enough confidence to paint the frog without thinking I would make it ugly. Off to my cement spray paint slab I went…

I think it’s perfect!

Does anyone else have some spray paint success stories? I’d love to hear them!
