About

Am I the only one who feels a little weird filling out these “about me” pages? I never know what to write!

Well I’m a 20 something and I have no idea what the future holds. I graduate from College in the spring and then after that there is a blank slate waiting to be filled. As is evident by my writing, I love to traveling, projects, photography, adventures and most of all, my cat! I am so excited to see what God has planned for me. I think this pretty much sums everything up:

I have arrived

I am here

my destination

is in each step.

  1. Thanks for checking out my blog and liking the journal entry, “Entertaining Euthanasia?” Re’ your “About me”–oh, yes! I find it very difficult to talk about me! and having many interests is not a bad thing. When I saw the movie, GIDGET as a teenager, I declared then and there that I’d rather experience many things than spend a lifetime mastering ONE thing.(not sure how to spell Gidget, but that’s how it sounds). Best wishes on your journey!

  2. Hi Cornelia! First I would like to thank you for reading about my adventure in knee surgery. I’m in week 2 post-op right now, so the story is probably ongoing for the next 6 months. ARGH!
However, this isn’t about me, it’s about your blog. I love what you’re doing here so I’ll be back to check it out regularly. Hope you don’t mind the intrusions. And, yes. Writing the ‘about’ page is…. a combination of necessary, embarrassing, and a good chance to give readers a window into who you are. Lots of good wishes for you and this site. Vickie

    • Hello, Vickie! I’ve had knee surgery too, so I feel your pain! It’s no fun, but you’ll get through it! Thanks for reading my page. Maybe I’ll go see your “about” page for some ideas! πŸ™‚

  3. Thanks for taking time to read my post and the “Like”. I am enjoying reading thru’ your blog, especially the post about the trunk you renovated.

  4. Thanks for visiting my blog and liking my post about long distance relationships. It means a lot to see a ‘like’! xx

  5. Yes, those “about” pages always seem a bit silly to me…blog posts themselves are more interesting. Thanks for visiting “Blogodonia” and I look forward to more on your cat!

  6. Thanks for stopping by and liking my Friends Fest 3 post. Since adopting Pierre in May 2012, that was the first time I got to see him with a cat. I loved it!
Like you pic. I’m doing a 12k in Dec. Races are always fun…and addicting.
    Nice to “meet” you!

  7. Thanks for checking out RunBikeThrow! I’m going to shamelessly steal the Thich Nhat Hanh poem as my October quote of the month. Although I’m seeing it posted as “I am home” instead of “I am here”.

  8. What an amazing person you are. I just read a handful of your blogs and just think you are superb and inspiring. I loved your renovations of the chest and the pallet fireplace. Some brilliant photography and incredible stories. I look forward to reading more of your posts. Keep having fun and enjoying your life.

      • Your welcome. I am trying to catch up on my blog as I have ticked a few of those bucket it’s items off. I just need to write about them.
        Namaste.

  9. Well, hello there, my fellow Whovian πŸ™‚ Glad you liked my blog post, will definitely be back on this blog when I’m more awake πŸ™‚ xx

  10. Thanks for liking my post way back when – I was looking back at it recently and looked around your blog awhile : ) Beautiful pictures, great DIY projects! And of course, what a beautiful cat : ) Many well wishes in your future adventures, from a (fellow?) Floridian!
